The HDCorder-HDMI is an intelligent H.264 high definition video recording solution that accepts a HDMI input at up to 1080p60 and encodes it to the host H.264 video encoding standard. The CompactPCI-Serial board solution is ideal for demanding applications in Transportation, Military, Communications, mining and Energy industries.

In addition to capturing video, the HDCorder -HDMI can capture stereo audio data embedded in the HDMI input source. The video and audio are synchronized and transferred to the host system over the CompactPCI -serial bus.

The HDCorder-HDMI also features optional on-board redundant storage to compliment the host system storage and improve data integrity. This on-board cache acts as a rolling buffer, storing the most recent recorded data. This storage redundancy ensures no mission data is lost even when starved of host CPU attention in heavily loaded system configurations.

The HDCorder-HDMI is a standard 3U CompactPCI -serial module and supported for Linux and Windows.

In addition to capturing video and stereo audio data the HDCorder-SDI supports extraction of KLV (MISB 0605.3 compliant) embedded data contained within the HD-SDI signal. The video, audio and metadata are synchronized and transferred to the host system over the CompactPCI -Serial bus. An SDI monitor output is provided

The SV2-MOVIE is a peripheral slot board for PICMG® CompactPCI® Serial systems and acts as carrier for an MXM 3.0/3.1 graphics module. The SV2-MOVIE is provided with four DisplayPort front panel connectors and can accommodate either a type A (82x70mm2) or type B MXM graphics module (82x105mm2).
MXM (Mobile PCI Express Module) is an interconnect standard for GPUs created by MXM-SIG. MXM cards are mostly equipped with an AMD or Nvidia GPU core. With respect to a reasonable thermal management, a low power GPU is recommended for industrial applications together with the SV2-MOVIE.

For best performance, the SV2-MOVIE should be operated in a CompactPCI® Serial fat pipe slot, which provides a PCI Express® x8 host interface. The SV2-MOVIE is equipped with a PCIe Gen3 redriver for optimum signal integrity.
For use with suitable MXM graphics modules, low profile passive heat spreaders are available, for either 4HP or 8HP front panel width. In addition, the CompactPCI® Serial rack must provide suitable forced airflow (e.g. by fans).
