3U CPCI Processor Board based on Intel® 5th i7 (Broadwell) platform,CP32002

CP32002, a high performance PC architecture compatible 3U CPCI boards, is developed and manufactured in China by LinkedHope® supporting the latest Intel®14nm process. CP32002 is based on the Intel® 5th generation Core™ processors. It improves computing performance dramatically, and at the same time, reducing power consumption significantly. CP32002 supports the highest DDR3L 16GB onboard memory, supports up to 128GB/64GB MLC/SLC Flash storage capacity. CP32002 is designed for harsh environment applications, and can be operated stably in extended temperature range, such as -40 to +70 degree Celsius.
By using an extension board, called CP32002-EXT, CP32002 provides additional space for a 2.5” hard disk or other functions and interfaces, including three SATA III interfaces, one channel RS232, two channel configurable RS232 / 422 / 485 interfaces, four 1000BASE-T Ethernet ports and six USB 2.0 / 3.0 interfaces, one DP++ display interface, and one VGA interface.
CP32002 provides a 33/66MHz 32-bit PCI bus through J1, supporting up to 7 peripheral slots. Users can flexibly extend application specific functions based on PCI bus.
In addition, LinkedHope® provides various software driver (BSP) support for CP32002, including VxWorks, Linux, windows, as reduces the workload of the system integration and system solution development, and greatly shorten the Time-to-Market.
For different vertical market applications, CP32002 provides two types of cooling solutions, traditional air-cooling or ruggedized conduction-cooling.
CP32002 is designed with full life cycle management, and can be long-term available or even be supplied after its end of life for the specific vertical market that require long-term availability and long-term maintenance services.

6U CompactPCI® processor board based on Intel® Ivy Bridge platform,CP62103

CP62103 is a modular design, based on COMexpress® technology, up to 4-core i7 processor from Intel® Ivy Bridge family. CP62103 is designed to meet harsh environment applications like rural communication, military, medical and outdoor video processing.
CP62103 supports up to 3615QE, an Intel® 4-core processor. The 3rd generation Intel® Core™ i3/i5/i7 processors have a completely new microarchitecture, enabling small-sized designs to be created with unmatched computing power, graphics performance and energy efficiency on a small footprint.
CP62103 supports onboard maximum 64GB SATAIII interfaces, maximum 1TB SSD, and sets aside an extrapolation standard SATAIII interface expansion, especially it is provided with hard self-destruct feature.
CP62103 has four RS-232 / TTL (optional) serial interfaces, including two RS-232 / TRS-422 / TTL (optional) serial interfaces, and one RS-232 / TRS-422 / TTLRS-485 / TTL (optional) serial interface.
With up to 16GB ECC memory and rugged design, CP62103 ensures high reliability that makes it best fit for Radar, Sonar, Command & Control, Video surveillance, and other on-board/on-vehicle computers.
Integrated with Intel® HD4000 graphic controller, CP62103 supports Dual-head, Multi-head display output, including VGA, DVI and LVDC. Maximum output resolution is designed as 2048×1536.

Skylake Core M Computing Module

CM22301 uses Intel® sixth-generation Skylake platform and Core M low-power SoC processors, and integrates the full functions of CPU, GPU and South/North Bridge on a single chip. The processor provides powerful computing and display performance with dual-core and four threads configuration. Its turbo frequency can boost up to 3.1GHz and the display output resolution can be up to 4K. CM22301 has an amazing thermal design power consumption of only 4.5W (TDP) and can be used for a variety of high-performance fanless designs. CM22301 supports up to 16GB dual-channel low-voltage DDR3L memory populated onboard, and up to 64GB on-board solid state disk silicon, as benefit the development of ruggedized products for harsh environment applications.
As defined by VITA 59 specification, CM22301 provides up to 6 PCIe lanes, enabling flexible functionality expansions, such as NICs, DAQs, video capture and so on. Meanwhile, CM22301 also provides up to date computer interfaces like GbE, SATA3, USB3.0/2.0, HD Audio, etc. CM22301 uses the same 220pin board-to-board connector and Type10 pin out definition as COM Express.
CM22301 integrates Intel® HD Graphics 515 and GT2 series graphics display core with 24 EU. And the display memory can reach up to 1.7GB shared with system memory, and the maximum dynamic frequency of the GPU can be up to 1GHz. Its display interface supports eDP/DP/HDMI/DVI and the output resolution is up to 4K. The integrated GPU also supports DirectX 12, OpenGL 4.4 and OpenCL 2.1. Besides, a wide range of media processing capabilities are implemented by hardware acceleration, including both Encode and Decode of AVC/VC1/MPEG2/H.264/H.265/VP8/JPEG.
CM22301 fully complies with VITA 59 standard, as defines extra considerations to improve the cooling efficiency by using the entire PCB. In addition, CM22301 provides an effective guarantee for the anti-shock and anti-vibration design of various equipment and devices used in harsh environments.
