Introduction
Using Intel®’s 2nd and 3rd generation Core i3/i5/i7 processors based on 22nm process technology supporting up to two cores / four threads at 2.2 GHz and 4 MB level 2 cache, the MIC-3395 boosts computing performance with the latest virtualization techniques and CPU enhancements. Onboard soldered DRAM with ECC and optional memory expansion via SODIMMs extend the memory to 16 GB to for the most demanding applications in high performance or virtualized environments with up to 4GB per virtual machine. Dual channel design and memory speeds up to 1600MT/s for 3rd generation processors along with increased cache size and cache algorithms guarantee maximum memory throughput. Combined with the powerful Intel QM67 chipset, these new processors offer improved I/O performance by leveraging 5GT/s DMI and PCIe interfaces. An onboard XMC/PMC site with PCIe x8 gen.2 connectivity can host offload or I/O such as the MIC-3666 dual 10GE XMC. With SATA-III support and up to 6Gbps I/O, the latest enhancements in storage technology such as high speed SSDs can be employed. Six gigabit Ethernet ports for PICMG 2.16, front and rear connectivity ensure best in class network connectivity. The integrated graphics engine (HD3000) offers twice the performance over previous generations.
RASUM features in the CPU and chipset combined with PICMG 2.9 IPMI make the MIC-3395 a highly available and reliable computing engine. The RIO-3315 RTM module supports one PS/2 connector with keyboard and mouse ports, two USB ports, two RS-232 ports, two SATA ports, two DVI ports, and two GbE ports. In addition to QM67 SATA and RAID support, the RIO-3315 SAS version provides a 4-port SAS controller for RAID and failover.

cPCI-6510

[EOL]
The cPCI-6510 Series is a 6U CompactPCI single board computer in single slot width (4HP) form factor supporting 32nm Intel® Core i7 SV, LV, ULV processors with integrated graphics and ECC memory controller onboard. The cPCI-6510 provides up to 8GB of dual channel DDR3-800/1066 ECC memory soldered onboard and implements the Mobile Intel® QM57 Express Chipset to provide a full feature set and optimal performance per watt.

The cPCI-6510 Series provides a 64bit/66MHz CompactPCI bus, up to two PMC sites with 64-bit/133MHz PCI-X bus supporting rear I/O (PIM), and one PCI-Express x8 XMC site (shared with inner PMC site). Featured I/O includes four PCI-Express Gigabit Ethernet ports (two on front panel, two for PICMG 2.16), two USB ports and a CompactFlash socket. DVI-I, COM and additional USB ports are available on the cPCI-6510V version which also provides a SATA connector for an onboard 2.5″ SATA HDD. Optional Rear Transition Modules provide versatile additional I/O including two additional GbE, USB, COM, High Definition Audio, and storage interfaces such as SATA, SCSI, and SAS with RAID support. The cPCI-6510V supports dual independent display via two DVI or one DVI and one VGA when accompanied by the appropriate Rear Transition Module.

For flexibility of use, the cPCI-6510 Series can be installed in a standard CompactPCI system slot as system master, or peripheral slot as a PCI device. Through hardware switch setting, the cPCI-6510 optionally supports operation in system or peripheral slots as a standalone blade. The cPCI-6510 Series is ideally suited for military, aviation, communication and other industrial applications.

cPCI-6210

[EOL]
The cPCI-6210 Series is a 6U CompactPCI single board computer in single-slot (4HP) or dual-slot (8HP) width form factor featuring the 2nd generation Intel® Core i7/i5 processors in FCPGA988 socket, with both graphics and memory controllers integrated in the processor. The cPCI-6210 supports dual channel DDR3-1066/1333 SDRAM via two SO-DIMM sockets, up to 16GB. Accompanying the processor is the QM67 Platform Controller Hub.

For the dense computing requirements, the cPCI-6210 Series supports operation in both a system slot, and in a peripheral slot as a standalone blade. The cPCI-6210 Series is compliant with the PICMG 2.9 specification and supports system management functions based on the Intelligent Platform Management Interface (IPMI) as well as hardware monitoring of physical characteristics such as CPU and system temperature, DC voltages and power status. With the Intel® Active Management Technology (AMT 7.0), users can manage the cPCI-6210 remotely. To address security requirements, the cPCI-6210 supports Trusted Platform Module 1.2 upon request.

The carefully component selection allows the cPCI-6210 to support extreme temperature environments and provide a long life cycle. The cPCI-6210 Series is ideally suited for military, communications and other industrial applications.
