With the new Intel performance hybrid technology, the module offers excellent performance values in multi-thread / multi-tasking applications. The processor variants of the Raptor Lake-P U15 series have up to 2 performance-cores, 8 efficient-cores and a powerful graphics unit with up to 96 execution units. The U15 series is specialised in low power dissipation (TDP typ. 15 W) and thus offers optimal conditions for passively cooled systems or applications with battery operation. The optimal distribution of the various tasks/threads to the different cores is carried out automatically by the Intel Thread Director. Fast DDR5 memory technology and numerous high-speed interfaces such as PCIe Gen4, USB 3.2 and 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet ensure optimum system performance.
