ARP200

The ARP200 is a 7U μTCA application-ready platform that provides 5 FPGA AMCs and 1 processor AMC. Other configurations are available. The FPGAs are available with Virtex®-7, Virtex-6, Kintex-7, Zynq-7000, or Artix-7® chipsets depending on your processing requirements and budget. Various processors are available for post-processing, formatting and network I/F. This includes a Freescale P5020, Cavium CN6740, Intel Xeon® E3, or other options. Slots can also be configured with a wide range of VadaTech or third party graphics, IO, storage, or other AMCs.

The chassis features a compact cube shape for SWaP and convenient carry handles. Other features include a redundant carrier locator, front-accessible ESD jack, and removable air filters.

Entry Level Platform for Prototypes and AMC Developers

The MicroTCA starter kit is based entirely on off-the-shelf MicroTCA components. For details of the components, pls. refer to the respective data sheets and manual. This MicroTCA starter kit represents an entry level system with suitable options for AMC processor modules in combination with the AMC developer’s-package, and easy IPMI systems configuration through the OMVIU MicroTCA Management Software.

9U MicroTCA.4 Chassis with 12 double mid size AdvancedMC Slots and 12 double mid-size RTM Slots, LLRF backplane
The 9U MicroTCA.4 chassis provides 12 double mid size AMC slots and 12 double mid size rear transition module slots. Additionally it allows the mounting of a LLRF backplane (Low-level RF) for distribution of RF signals and high precision clock signals. It is compliant to the xTCA specification PICMG Physics WG1. The system has two MCH slots and four power module slots. The dust filter is exchangeable from the front.

The System offers two redundant hot-swap fan trays for high-precision AMC cooling and RTM cooling. The speed of the fans is separate adjustable for the front and rear.
