3U CompactPCI 4th/5th Generation Intel® Core™ i7 Processor Blade with ECC: cPCI-3510(BL) Series

The ADLINK cPCI-3510(BL) Series is a 3U CompactPCIR processor blade with soldered DDR3L memory up to 16GB. The ADLINK cPCI-3510 features a 4th generation Intel® Core™ i7 processor with Mobile Intel® QM87 Express Chipset. In addition, the cPCI-3510BL SKUs support the 5th generation Intel® Core™ i7 processor (cPCI-3510BL/3510BLD/3510BLG).

The cPCI-3510(BL) Series is a 3U CompactPCI blade available in single-slot (4HP), dual-slot (8HP) or triple-slot (12HP) width form factors with various daughter boards to provide a broad range of I/O requirements. Front panel I/O on the single-slot (4HP) version includes 1x DVI-I, 2x GbE and 1x USB 3.0 port (these I/O are common to all versions). Front panel I/O on the dual-slot (8HP) version includes additional 2x USB 2.0, 1x COM, 1x KB/MS and Line-in/Line-out on the cPCI-3510(BL)D or additional 2x DisplayPorts, 1x COM in RJ-45 connector, 1x KB/MS and 1x additional USB2.0 port on the cPCI-3510(BL)G. Two more dual-slot options are the cPCI-3510(BL)L with additional 2x GbE, 1x COM and 1x USB and the cPCI-3510M with one 100-pin high density connector supporting additional 2x DVI-I/DP, 2x USB 2.0, 2x COM, 2x KB/MS and Line-in/Line-out ports.

Graphics support is integrated on the CPU and allows 3 independent displays on the front panel by selecting the cPCI-3510(BL)G with additional 2x DisplayPorts. Storage includes a CFast slot or a 32GB SSD (optional) and 2.5inch SATA HDD on the layer 2 riser card (cPCI-3510(BL)D/P/L/M). One optional PCI 32-bit/66 MHz PMC site or PCIe x1 XMC site is available on the 8HP or 12HP versions (cPCI-3510S or cPCI-3510P/T). Rear I/O signals to J2 include 4x PCIe x1, 3x SATA 3 Gb/s, and 3x USB 2.0. GPIO and SMBus signals are also routed to the J2 connector. The optional Rear Transition Module (RTM) provides 3x SATA, 2x GbE, 2x USB, 1x COM (Tx/Rx) and 1x VGA port.

The ADLINK cPCI-3510(BL) Series is ideal for the communication segment requiring compact size and high density blade computing for applications such as video transcoding. It is also a high performance solution for mission critical applications such as defense and transportation that require superior data transfer capability and advanced computing power. The cPCI-3510(BL) Series provides high manageability, supports Satellite mode operation as a standalone blade in peripheral slots, and IPMI for system health monitoring. A GbE port on the faceplate supports Intel AMT 9.0 for remote monitoring capability.

The ADLINK cPCI-3630 Series is a 3U CompactPCI® 2.0 processor blade featuring the 64-bit Intel Atom® Processor X Series SoC (formerly Apollo Lake I) and soldered DDR3L-1600 MHz ECC memory up to 8GB.

Available in single-slot (4HP) or dual-slot (8HP) width form factors, the cPCI-3630 Series utilizes various daughter boards to provide a broad range of I/O functionality. Faceplate I/O on the single-slot (4HP) version includes 1x USB 3.0, 2x RJ-45 GbE and 1x VGA port (common to all versions). Additional faceplate I/O on the dual-slot (8HP) versions include 2x USB 2.0, 1x COM, 1x PS/2 KB/MS and Line-in/Line-out on the cPCI-3630D; 2x DisplayPorts, 1x COM via RJ-45 connector, 1x KB/MS and USB 2.0 port on the cPCI-3630G; 2x GbE via MIL-STD M12 connectors and 1x COM on the cPCI-3630T; and 2x GbE in RJ-45 connectors and 1x COM on the cPCI-3630TR. Another dual-slot option is the cPCI-3630S with an additional XMC site on layer 2. There is also a cPCI-3630N single-slot option that provides LED indicators only with no I/O on the faceplate.

The Intel Atom® SoC integrates the low-power 9th generation graphics engine and provide excellent graphics, media and display support. By using cPCI-3630G, it supports up to 4K HD resolution. Storage options include an onboard 32GB SSD (optional), mSATA socket or CFast and 2.5″ SATA drive space on the layer 2 riser card (cPCI-3630D/G/T/TR). One optional PCI 32-bit/66 MHz PCIe x1 XMC site is available on the dual-slot cPCI-3630S version.

Rear I/O signals to J2 include 2x GbE, 1x VGA, 1x USB 2.0, 2x COM, 1x SATA 3 Gb/s, providing for expansion with an optional Rear Transition Module (RTM).

CPCI SBC Based on Intel® 4th Gen Core™ i7 Processor, CP32107

Based on Intel® 4th Generation Core™ and Celeron® i7/i5/i3 processors, CP32107 is a high-performance 3U 8HP CPCI PlusIO SBC with up to 4×2.4GHz and 8 threads CPU. For better heat-dissipation, CP32107 is equipped with a noiseless fan that has adjustable rotational speed.
CP32107 is provided with rich front and rear I/O interfaces, including 2x USB3.0 for peripheral, 2x GbE (through M12 Connector) for LAN, 1x Display Port supporting 3840×2160 output on front; 2x SATA III, 2x GbE, 4x USB2.0, 2x RS232/422/485 on rear. The rear is compliant with PlusIO Standard, and supports 3 x1 PCIe Gen2.0 interfaces. Besides, mSATA or CFast disk can be installed on CP32107.
CP32107 supports PCI 32bit 33/66MHz, and supports up to 7 peripheral slots. If a multi-slot backplane is installed in the system, then various commercial off the shelf CPCI peripherals can be used.
Based on Intel® Haswell platform, CP32107 has high performance and low power consumption, and can provide better bandwidth for data transmission. Besides, in a multitasking environment, CP32107 is able to complete multiple tasks independently. These characteristics together with an extended operation temperature, greatly increase the reliability and applicability of CP32107.
