ATC105

The ATC105 provides two PCIe x16 style right angle connectors that can accept any PCIe standard size module. Any of the PCIe x4 lanes can be configured as the up stream port. This allows the host (root complex) to be an external host connected to the ATC105 via front or rear. Further the host could reside on the PCIe slots that are on the ATC105.

This modular approach allows an AdvancedTCA chassis to utilize widely available high-end PCIe modules such as a PC graphics cards and capitalize on the economies of scale of the PC market.

ATC104

The ATC104 is a AdvancedTCA carrier that provides eight half-height AMC slots that can accept any AMC.1 or AMC.2. In addition slot B4 and slot B3 also have their AMC.3 routed together.

The ATC104 can be connected via PCIe up/down stream port to other server blades or additional carriers such as the ATC103/ATC104/ATC105/ATC106/ATC107/ATC108 or ATC109. The ATC104 can be utilized in distributed as well as non-distributed applications. Any of the ATC104 slots can be used as the upstream port for a PrAMC (Processor AMC, as the root complex). If the root complex is not a PrAMC, the ATC104 could use an external blade as its root complex. The ATC104 supports Non-Transparent mode on any of its AMC slots. This feature allows two root complexes to coexist in the same system. In addition, the ATC104 has a managed layer two switch. Seven of the AMC slots have dual GbE connections to this switch.

ATC103

The ATC103, integrates four PMC, XMC and PrPMC sites onto a single Advanced Telecommunication Computing Architecture (AdvancedTCA) node carrier. The ATC103 brings a large number of PMC, XMC and PrPMC modules into the AdvancedTCA environment.

The ATC103 provides four sites that can accept any PMC, XMC or PrPMC module. The PMC103 brings three of the PMC J4 I/O to the Front panel. One of PMC J4 I/O is routed to Zone three of the ATC103. The PMC Modules that route their GbE to the rear (J4 connector), the ATC103 allows that to be routed directly to the onboard GbE switch.

The module has a 32 lane PCIe switch divided into eight x4 Lanes. The ATC103 can be connected to additional ATC103, ATC104, ATC105, ATC106, ATC107, ATC108s carrier boards or AMC103/PCI103 to increase the number of I/O slots via PCIe Fiber or Copper. The PCIe expansion is available through the front or rear.
