The SHB250R comes ahead of the industry, offering increased computing efficiency, rugged design, flexible I/O expandability as well as superior graphics capability to satisfy the requirements of AIoT-centric applications in the field of intelligent transportation, factory automation, cloud infrastructure, intelligent agriculture or intelligent digital surveillance.
Axiomtek’s SHB250R comes with two 260-pin DDR4-2666/2400 SO-DIMM sockets for up to 64GB of system memory. The half-size slot CPU card has two SATA-600 ports supporting software RAID 0/1/5/10 for data redundancy. The PICMG 1.3 system host board has one M.2 Key M 2242 SSD slot with a PCIe 3.0 x4 or SATA-3 interface. The system host board delivers superior graphics performance with the Intel® HD Graphics and offers triple display configurations via DVI-I and DisplayPort++ (internal header) ports.

The SHB250R features a rich array of I/O interfaces including two RS-232/422/485 ports, two Gigabit LANs with Intel® Ethernet controller i211-AT and Intel® Ethernet connection i219-LM, four USB 3.1 Gen1 ports, four USB 2.0 ports, one HD Codec audio, and one PS/2 keyboard and mouse. One PCIe x16 Gen3 slot and one PCIe x4 or four PCIe x1 Gen3 slots on the board provide an optimum solution with a diverse range of configurations. The powerful industrial single board computer supports watchdog timer, hardware monitoring functions as well as smart CPU and smart system fans. To ensure reliable operation across platforms, the SHB250R is capable of withstanding a wide operating temperature range of 0°C to 60°C.
