AdvancedTCA Tutorial at the May 2003 Interoperability Workshop

A half-day tutorial on AdvancedTCA was held in Las Vegas on May 21, 2003 in conjunction with PICMG's Fourth AdvancedTCA Interoperability Workshop. The tutorial offered an introduction to AdvancedTCA technology and provided some detail about each major aspect of the specification.

Chuck Byers of Lucent Technologies presented an application and market overview, and shared his vision for AdvancedTCA as the basis for next-generation central office telecom platforms. Speakers included:
